Booking Notes

We reserve time for you based on the number of players. It is important that you advise us of any change in the numbers reserved with 24 hours notice.

Generally, it takes one hour per player to play 18 holes. So, a 2some takes 2 hours, a 4some takes 4 hours. We allocate times for groups accordingly, allowing for warm-up and delays when possible. Please watch your pace of play.

Note: We do not pair players together. ie: singles and 2somes with other groups.

First Time Players: If this will be your first visit to GOLFOMAX, let us know when you book your tee time by indicating “Need a Caddie”. Our staff will be prepared to give you a special orientation session.



Bookings Options:

1) Call any time 613-226-7058

2) Book direct online. Access our tee sheet for instant booking and text confirmation. Maximum of 14 days in advance and limited to maximum of 4 players. If you do not see a time available that you are looking for, call us. We’ll help you find your best options. CLICK TO BOOK.

3) Submit a request online and get an email confirmation. Maximum of 60 days in advance and limited to maximum of 4 players. Our staff should respond to your request within 2 hours. If not, please call us to follow up. Complete the form info below.

4) Larger groups or booking the whole facility. Call us or email info@golfomax.com with your request.

Christmas week:

Dec 24 – open til 4pm.
Dec 25 – closed
Dec 26 – open at 10am.
Dec 31 – open til 5pm.
Jan 1 – Open at 10am.

Hours

Prime Season Hours (October through April)

October through April, we are open for play as follows:

Open every day, 7 days a week. Up to 19 hours a day. 7 am until as late as 2 am.
Note: we close when the last group reservation finishes their round, so if you are planning a late-night game, best to call and reserve.

Same Day Bookings

NOTE: For “same day” bookings, please call 613-226-7058 instead of reserving online.

Christmas Holiday Season

Open every day except December 25th.
Open Christmas Eve day til 4pm.
Open Boxing day at 10am.
Open New Years Eve day til 5pm.
Open New Years day at 10am.

Off-Season Hours (May through September)

May through September, we are open for play as follows:

WEDNESDAY NIGHTS: Open 5pm until last group finishes – as late as midnight. Note, if we do not have reservations, we close at 9pm.

GROUPS: We will open any day and any time for groups of 8 or more.
Please reserve well in advance to ensure availability of staff.

HEAVY RAIN DAYS: If heavy rain is in the forecast, we will open for the day subject to staff availability. To receive alerts that we are opening on specific days, follow us on Facebook.

During the off-season, reserve online or send your requests to info@golfomax.com. We receive these on our mobile devices.
