PGA LESSONS
Learn & Practice on Our Golf Simulators
Professional lessons at GOLFOMAX are provided by our Director of Golf, John (JR) Watson, CPGA.

Our goal is to help you improve your game and reach your potential. JR and our associate pros can assess your individual skills and goals, and put together a lesson program that will help you hit better, more accurate and consistent shots to lower your scores. The programs cover all aspects of the swing, and include the short game, playing strategy, rules and etiquette.
Our new technology with high speed ION3 cameras can show video replay of a golfer’s own clubhead coming through impact, and provide data feedback on each shot including carry and total distance, launch angle, side spin, back spin, club head speed, face angle, path, and more.
We also have a short range option to practice and learn pitch and chip shots and your putting. You can even see if your putterhead is square to your target line which can help you make more putts!
LESSON RATES:
Private: Single $125, Package of 4 – $400.
Semi-private: $140, Package of 4 – $480.

Kids Program:
Through our association and sponsorship of the Ottawa Valley Golf Association, GOLFOMAX offers a kids lesson program to give them an opportunity to learn how to play golf.
Open for kids 6 to 12 years old. Clubs will be provided.
They are offered in 4-week sessions starting in January through April each year.
Saturdays 8 to 9 am. Mondays 5 to 6 pm.
Minimum of 2 kids required to hold a session.
2025 dates are listed below.
1) Saturday, January 4,11,18,25.
2) Monday, January 6,13,20,27.
3) Saturday, February 1,8,15,22.
4) Monday, February 3,10,17,24.
5) Saturday, March 1,8,15,22.
6) Monday, March 3,10,17,24.
7) Saturday, April 5,12,19,26. Subject to Pro availability.
8) Monday, April 7,14,21,28. Subject to Pro availability.
Kids will be grouped by age and whatever level of experience they may have.
Week 1) Set-up: Child has a functioning grip, posture and alignment. There will be noticeable area to improve in the set-up and the child can function to the objectives below.
Week 2) Full swing: Will increase the number of solid contact with proper backswing and finish position.
Week 3) Putting: Controls the distance and direction the ball rolls to within 5 feet of hole.
Week 4) Chipping: Being able to select the right club and carry ball on to the green and close to the hole.
As each session and skills progress, play on short golf holes will be introduced.
Cost: $100 per 4-week session. Plus hst.
